GAMEPLAY: Non-Basic starter cards are removed from pool when starting a game now.
UX: If Trials are unlocked, the bonfire becomes blue now

BUG FIX: Powers that are applied onto enemies at start of combat no longer use atPreBattle but atBattleStart to prevent weirdness. Updated Y offset starting position of healthbars to help as well
BUG FIX: Starting HP, Gold, CardDraw are now initialized from each character properly now
BUG FIX: Tiny Chest was increasing treasure room chance by 1000%, rather than 10%
